Andy L. Evelyn, 33, of Tampa, Florida passed away February 8, 2010. He is survived by his daughters, Katarina Lynn Evelyn and Arriana Marie Evelyn; girlfriend, Luz Ortiz; mother, Joan M. Dottin and other loving family and friends. Funeral services will take place Monday, February 15 at 7:00 PM at MacDonald Funeral Home, 10520 N. Florida Ave. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 5 to 7 PM.
