Edward M. "Eddie" Hester, 47, died November 5, 2019 at his home in Temple Terrace, Florida, due to complications of diabetes and congestive heart failure. He was born in 1972 in RAF Lakenheath, UK, the son of James and Mary (Lafayette) Hester. He spend most of his early life living internationally as the son of an Air Force Officer, before he settled in Springfield Ohio. He later attended The Ohio State University as a history major and was a staunch fan of the Buckeyes all his life. For many years Edward worked in various capacities: securities, domestic, customer service and technical support, notably at Teleperformance, INC. It was there working in 2005 that he met his wife. Ed is survived by his Mother, Mary Hester, of Springfield, Ohio, his wife, Elizabeth Hester, Brother James (Teresa) Hester of Dayton, OH, parents-in-law Morgan and Brenda Pinkerman of Tampa FL; his brother-in-law and other best friend Jennings Pinkerman, five nephews and two nieces, and aunts, uncles, cousins, church family, friends and in laws. He was a baptized member of the Church of God International and his life was a living example of Matthew 5:5 - "Blessed are the humble, for they shall inherit the earth." No one was more humble than Eddie. He surely will be in God's Kingdom on Earth.
Memorial services will be held at Church of God International, Auburndale, 553 E Bridgers Ave, Auburndale, FL 33823 on December 8th at 2 in the afternoon, and officiated by his father-in-law and pastor, Morgan Pinkerman.
