Music by The Piano Brothers

Mirian D. Gonzalez passed away peacefully on June 28, 2019. She was born in the Dominican Republic on March 19, 1955 to a loving and close knitted family. Mirian spent most of her life in her country, always surrounded by her closest ones and eventually created a family of her own. She is survived by her three children: Jenises, Flor and Isaac and later in life, found a timeless partner and married Domingo Gonzalez.

Mirian dedicated most of her days to raising her family and to business administration. She had a strong work ethic yet it was easy for her to enjoy life, and to remind all those around her how to enjoy theirs as well. She was known to always be up for another family get-together, for her vivid and contagious laughter, for never hesitating to dance and to always--no matter what—wear red lipstick and look elegant.

She was also known for her distinctive generosity and solidary nature, her genuine smile and inherent passion--all of which never truly wavered from her, not even in her last days. A resilient soul, adventurer and dreamer, she loved life, her family and friends. And they will love her, miss her and be thankful for her forever.

Family will receive friends Tuesday, July 2, 2019 from 11 AM - 2 PM at the chapel of MacDonald Funeral Home, 10520 N. Florida Avenue, Tampa. A graveside service will follow at 2:30 PM Tuesday at Rest Haven Memorial Park.
