Sandy,
Sorry for your loss! Bill will be remembered with fond thoughts. We met one weekend at Lake hatchineha a lake in Central Florida his parents had property on as did mine.
Never heard him say no to a friend or stranger in need. Always with a smile to greet you and a hearty hand shake. I'm sorry to say our personal lives went in different ways, I have missed him in my life!
Thanks Bill! Thanks for the smiles, the friendship and most of all for being you!
Sincerely,
Terry

I grew up with Bill and we had a good time playing together as kids. One of my favorite memories was pretending we were going on a trip in the old Nash his parents had in their backyard. His mom and dad were like family to Skip and I and we often reminisce about Kelley giving Skip his first job installing carpet. Bill was loved by all.

Bill always came over to our house visiting our Dad and Mom even when we were not there. He was just a great guy and will be missed.
Bill give Steve T. Mr. T, Mike, our parents and all our family friends that have gone before us a big hug. I'm sure Steve can show you all the fishing spots in heaven.

Bill was our longtime friend from childhood and my business partner for 14 years. I met Bill through my brother-in-law Jimmy Main. I went to work with Bill and his father and we later took the business over when his father, known to most people simply as Kelley, retired and moved to Louisiana.
Bill was one of the finest people I've ever known and we shared the same birthday.
In 1992 circumstances changed and I retired from the carpet business and our paths went different directions.
Although we didn't see much of each other after that I always felt close as a brother to him.
Trisha and I will truly miss Bill and send our condolences, thoughts and prayers to Sandy, Ed, Daniel, and Katie.
Rest in peace brother Bill. You will truly be missed.

Please accept my heartfelt and sincere condolences for the Kelley family with regard to the untimely passing of William "Billy" Kelley. I learned about Billy's passing from my sister Margaret, who lives in Tampa as I have been away from the area for over 30 years. Now back in Fort Myers, Florida. I was a childhood friend of Billy's living just 4 houses up Broad Street in Tampa, 2311 to be exact. Maybe Ed remembers the Hiza family. My older siblings are Steve, David and Judi. I have fond memories of being friends with Billy. I also looked through some old photos and have 3 to share if you would like. Taken in the early 1960's. My birthday party at Lowery Park Zoo in 1961, Easter 1963 (white shirt and bowtie) and Margaret's birthday in 1964. After my Dad passed in 1987, my Mom decided to put new carpet in the house and Billy installed it for her. She was so pleased. May God give you strength and peace at this time and in the future.
