"Jesse" Charles David Miles

“Jesse” Charles David Miles, 70, of Tampa, passed away on October 21, 2021 in Tampa, Florida.

Jesse was born in Milwaukee, WI to Palmer Milton Miles and Alice Beverly Lacy Miles on February 21, 1951. He graduated from Cudahy High School. He married Brenda Kay (Speer) Schuler on December 25, 1996 in Denver, CO. He was forced to retire in 1998 after surviving a major heart attack. He moved from Denver to Sedona and then to Cottonwood, Arizona where he resided for a total of 12 years. While living in Arizona he was a Corvette enthusiast involved in the Verde Valley Vettes Corvette Club for several years and enjoyed riding his Harley. After moving to Orlando, Florida he made many new friends and continued riding his Harley and attending the Daytona Bike Week during March and October and numerous other Harley events. Later, after moving to Tampa, Florida he enjoyed playing online games with friends. He also took up part time work for several companies as a cleaner, most particularly CKC Cleaning for 5 years. He was enthusiastic about walking in the American Heart Association’s Tampa Heart Walk with his wife Brenda and their friends during the 2017, 2018 and 2019 events. He most enjoyed the company of his dog Shotgun who was his constant companion. He is sorely missed by his wife Brenda, dog Shotgun and all of his family and friends.

Jesse is preceded in death by his parents, his baby son, Jesse David Edward Miles, his brother, Palmer Richard Miles, his sister, Carol Ann Miles Johnson and aunt, Ruth Janssen.

Jesse is survived by his wife Brenda Kay Miles, his former wife, Debbie Faulk-Miles and his sons, Jesse Miles and his wife Leann, his son Justin Miles and his wife Emily of Indianapolis, his stepsons David Schuler of Denver, CO and Andy Schuler of Altamonte Springs, FL and grandchildren Braidon Miles and Jeremy “JJ” Miles, Aubri Miles and Brody Miles and his niece, Alija Lyn Henrich-Brown.

A Celebration of Life will be scheduled for a later date.
