Sandra Delcid Salcedo, 60, passed away on August 31, 2020 in Tampa, Florida.
She was born in Colon, Panama and has been a Tampa native for the last 28 years. After she graduated high school and moved to the United States, she attended cosmetology school and came to be a well-known and accomplished Hair Stylist and business owner.
She was a strong woman of faith, loved to serve and help others. She was an active member of her community and church. She attended Peninsular Christian Church, Templo Betel Asamblea De Dios (where she attended bible college), and Mission Hill Church.
She impacted the lives of many in her time here on this earth. She will always be remembered for her self-lessness. She had a heart of gold. Her hard work and dedication to family and others have now paid off. She has been a faithful servant.
She is survived by her husband Luis Salcedo, her children Erica Sierra and Husband Hector Sierra, Jessica Arellano and Estevan Young-Delcid. Her grandchildren Jericho Arellano, Giovanni Arellano, Dominick Arellano, Jenesis Arellano, and Samantha aka “Sami.”

An open reception will follow on Saturday, September 5, 2020 at Picnic Island Park shelter #609 at 6pm.
